New build development (Askrigg)
This was a development of three new build properties in Askrigg, North Yorkshire.
DWB carried out all joinery work at the properties from the roofing and kitchen, windows and doors, to all fittings and outside fencing.
Kitchen & Oak Flooring (Bardsey)
This was a kitchen in a renovation project in Bardsey.
DWB installed all the oak floors throughout the property, and fitted this beautiful kitchen with oak and granite work surfaces.
The kitchen was supplied by DesignHouse Interiors in Wetherby.

Wooden decking (Bardsey)
A wooden decking designed and installed by DWB Joinery in Bardsey.
Decking is a simple solution to uneven terrain, and provides a beautiful outside seating area.
Faux pannelled wall & fire surround
Designed & built by DWB, this faux panel wall is a great way to add character and a feature wall to a room.
The fire surround replaced an old stone mantle piece and created a new focus point which was more in keeping with the modern country decor.
This is a great, cost effective way to change the entire style of a room.
Bespoke under-stairs cupboard
A custom built under-stairs cupboard by DWB.
This is a great way to use redundant space and create extra storage.
Specialised plastic decking
I have a lot of experience fitting plastic deckings for caravans or park homes.
These deckings can be customised to suit your requirements, and provide a great outside seating area.
Fencing (Various)
DWB have a lot of experience in fencing, these are various examples of fences built recently.
The top four images are from a fence built at a property in Wetherby, where we removed the dense, high maintenance hedging that had been there previously.
The middle image on the second row is from a newbuild property in Thorner on which DWB did all of the joinery work. It is a nice example of a pickett fence, retaining the views and light to the property while defining the boundary.
Oak staircase & bannisters
Here DWB installed new oak spindles and bannisters to an existing staircase.
The end result looks as though an entirely new staircase had been fitted.
Lantern roof
A bespoke lantern roof installed by DWB at a showroom in Wetherby.
This was designed and built from scratch by DWB.
Bespoke wardrobes
Bespoke wardrobes designed and built to fit by DWB.
The client described what they wanted to DWB and from there we brought their ideas to life with this rustic and traditional wardrobe inkeeping with the property.
Fencing (Harmby)
DWB has carried out all the fencing on a new development in Harmby.
Many of these fences had to be built on uneven ground and challengin areas.
To the front of the property the boundary is walled with fencing on top.
Fitted wardrobes

Bespoke kitchen addition (Shadwell)
This was a challenging job for DWB. The existing kitchen was a handmade bespoke kitchen that had been in situ for many years. The client wanted new additions to be made, to match the existing cabinets rather than replacing it with a new kitchen.
DWB joinery designed and hand built all of the new aspects of this kitchen to match and to fit around the existing cabinets.
This job had been quoted by other joiners who had advised the client it was not possible to do, and that the kitchen should be replaced.
Kitchen (Thorner)
This is one of two kitchens installed in new build properties in Thorner installed by DWB.
Newbuild development (Thorner)
DWB joinery completed all aspects of joinery work on a new development of two properties in Thorner near Leeds.
This includes the roofing, first and second fix, kitchen and final fixes.
The work on this development was requested based on a personal recommendation.
Faux panelled wall - Stairs
A faux panel wall created by DWB on a stair case.
Again, this is a great way to add character and a feature to a room or hallway.
